Ending on a Positive Note!

In reference to the prompt that is being assigned, here are my 2018 goals.

2018 Goals

Two things I will like to learn before the end of the year is to learn how to be more social with my peers and my future students in my internship. Also, I would like to learn more about what it takes to be a successful teacher.

Something that I would like to avoid or remove from my daily behavior is procrastinating my study skills when it comes to quizzes and tests.

One thing that I could do to make my life easier, yet productive is creating a well-thought planner for school (homework, due dates, projects, etc.) and for future plans like college applications.

Eight ways that I have been or will show kindness to others by the end of the year:
  1. I have gone over my sisters' homework and explain why she got the wrong answer and praising her.
  2. Showing respect towards others when we both have different opinions.
  3. April 6th was the Birdville Spring Dance Show and my classmates and I gave each other motivational speeches before performing.
  4. Talk to someone who's looking like they have had a bad day and try to make them feel better.
  5. Praising my friends whenever they accomplish their goal or receive a good grade.
  6. Holding the door for someone.
  7. Have a conversation with someone who is sitting alone at lunch or in class.
  8. Show my appreciation towards my parents and teachers for helping me through my junior year by telling them thank you.

Here is a video that motivated me to be more than what I am. Take a listen.
