My Precept and Acrostic Poem
For the last month, we were told to read Wonder by R.J Palacio. This book revolves around kindness and the positivity it brings to those around you. In this book, there is a precept the characters create, so here is mine.
Also in our EAT Book Club, we analyze the characters in the book and how that person is characterized in the book. This is my Acrostic Poem for Justin.
Jittery when it came to reciting for the play and meeting Via's parents
Understands Via's problems and why the universe is indifferent to Auggie
Stands up for Auggie's friend, Jack, when Julian and his posse were taunting him for being friends with Auggie
Talented for knowing how to play violin and the fiddle
Independent
No one from his family really pays attention to him because his parents are divorced and obsessed with work.
